The Ficticious Dentist
I have a dentist that doesn't exist.
.. and by that, I mean I have a dentist that is thoughtful, friendly and helpful.
Case in point... My two front teeth are bonded (They were severely broken when I
was a kid) and a piece of my right front tooth chipped off on Tuesday. I talked
to them on Wednesday about getting an appointment and they gave me an appointment
at 9am Thursday morning (this morning). When I showed up at 9am, they took me immediately
into the chair (no waiting in the lobby neccessary). A dental assistant immediately
came in, took an x-ray and then returned within 3 minutes with the x-ray's and my
dentist.
She took a look at my tooth and started fixing it, no problems. After she fixed
the chipped tooth, she even polished my teeth! See, where the real tooth ends and
the fake tooth begins there is this LITTLE ridge that's impossible to get rid of
and no matter how much I brush it, it tends to stain and turn yellow. So.. while
she had me in the chair, she just took a few minutes and polished the lines away.
THEN... when I was done, they didn't even charge me a co-pay.
My dentist office is "Glendale Dental Arts" on Maryland in Glendale. If you live
in the Glendale, CA area... I HIGHLY recommend them.
