What Art Dentures?
Dentures are a removable replacement for teeth usually when fixed bridges or implants are not possible or desirable.
A complete denture replaces an entire arch (upper, lower, or both) when there are no remaining natural teeth.
A partial denture replaces teeth in an arch (upper, lower, or both) which still has some natural teeth.

Options for Partial Dentures
Partial dentures benefit from all the teeth options listed above, plus many more base and clasp options.
- Standard framework and clasps
- This is the customary highly polished Vitallium® chrome-cobalt alloy that has been in use for over sixty years.
- Includes pink acrylic base for the gum areas.

- Valplast®
- A flexible biocompatible thermoplastic nylon with unique physical and esthetic properties. It's translucency allows your natural tissue tone to appear through the partial material. A Valplast base is also stronger than standard acrylic. The pink clasps look like your own natural gum tissue (no unsightly metal clasps):

- Valplast-Vitallium Combination
- Partials can also be made using a standard metal-alloy framework but with a Valplast base and clasps. This results in a stronger, more precise-fitting partial, but still with the cosmetic clasps replacing the metal ones:
