When is Billing Used?

Sometimes your insurance company may pay more or less than predicted.  This becomes evident usually 6 to 8 weeks after your treatment was completed due to the response-time of the insurance company.  In some rare cases it may take 6 to 12 months for your balance to finalize.

If your insurance paid more than expected and you are due a refund, you will be notified and issued a refund.  If the insurance paid less, and there is a balance due, you will be billed for the difference.

Remember the patient is ultimately responsible for all charges not covered by insurance for whatever reason.
